Qualifications:
1.30-40 years old, bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent； With knowledge experience of mechanical production technology；
2.At least 3 years working experience in hydraulic industry or application fields, least 1 year are at a management position in the same industry；
3.Strong in ability of commercial negotiation interpersonal communication；
4.Open-minded, honest, responsible, loyal being strong team work spirit；
5.Can work under great pressure. Self-motivated, high-energy strategic thinker with good management skills determined to succeed；
6.Fluent speaking, listening writing skills in both English Marin； Comm of Germany is preferred；
7.Travel to visit customers trade shows will be on a frequent basis；
8.Good comming of computer skills.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Assist GM in establishing long-term strategies goals of sales development market expansion； setting up new business；
2.Develop implement sales marketing plan grow up new business opportunities existing potential markets；
3.Responsible for technical support after sales service to clients；
4.Collect analyse marketing & competitor information develop the marketing plan；
5.Manage the segment team drive for a high performance teamwork culture；
6.Conduct the product sales training to the sales develop the team continuously；
7.Provide satisfied services to both existing & potential clients heighten the customer satisfaction. |
