| 具体要求： |

1.Strong, self driven character with people management skills;
2.Good English communication( spoken and written);
3.Good conflict solving skills;
4.University or technical school with good grades;
5.Previous knowledge or experience about Production System as well as MTM or REFA would be ideal;
6.Good computer knowledge, Office, CAD(Ability to program in Visual Basic is a plus);
7.Must be willing to learn new techniques and methods and be able to communicate this knowledge by training others;
8.Ability to see and implement potential for improvement on his own;
9.Ability to manage self and small team strongly, self-organized and active;
10.Ability to work in a team with other departments;
11.Ability to work towards and achieve fixed objectives. |
